This property’s rear bifold doors opened on to a large outdoor entertaining deck. While the space the was great, the timber was looking tired and the subframe below needed repair. We removed the gnarly old boards and nails and strengthened the subframe where required. We reskinned the deck with a beautiful spotted gum, and modern countersunk, stainless screws. The owner got great value in keeping what we could and a deck that’s good to go for another thirty years.
