Space for entertaining and charging an EV

The owners of an overgrown rear yard wanted to create a multi-purpose space to entertain and provide off-street parking for two electric vehicles. We cleaned out the yard and installed a “pergola” with open and closing louvres to keep the rain off. Electrical services for car charging ports and strip lighting were installed before we built retaining walls to hold plantings. We paved the area and added an organically shaped artificial turf lawn with bluestone steppers.
